Our Promise

Our basic ingredients explain our prices. We use only organic flours for our baking. The combination of flours used is to give the bakes a balanced texture and taste.

Our Primary Ingredients

Brown rice flour is the outermost layer, the hull, removed from a whole grain of rice. It has a very good source of minerals, vitamins and dietary fiber.

Rye flour is a cereal grain that contains much lesser gluten to wheat. It has a high water-binding capacity therefore giving fullness and satiates rather quickly. Thus making it a good source of fiber that promotes weight loss.

Unbleached white flour is wheat flour bleached by oxygen in the air during an aging process. the bran and germ have been removed, making it a white (not whole wheat) flour.

Wholemeal flour is whole wheat, its original non-enriched form, has very good source of dietary fiber, minerals, vitamins, iron and protein. It has also higher gluten contents compared to many other non-wheat grains.

Our Secondary Ingredients

All our ingredients used are fresh, wholesome and natural at the best availability.

Why do we insist in baking with organic flours when the benefits are no different than normal flours? The reason is very simple: Organic products contain much lesser pesticides. We believe in wholesome freshness and quality. So our fresh ingredients like fruits, eggs and dairy products are purchased only when we get an order.

We are currently using the following organic products:

- Flours
- Rolled oats and wheatgerm
- Raw sugar and raw honey
- Dried fruits like apricots and cranberries
- Dried nuts and seeds like almonds, walnuts, golden flaxseeds, sunflower seeds and black sesame seeds

In addition, we add a very unique ingredient to all our bakes - Psyllium Husks (yes of course it is organic!).

Psyllium husk is a soluble dietary fiber, rich for detoxification. They can be used as a bowel regulator, counteracting diarrhea and reducing constipation. There are recent researches showing them to be promising in lowering cholesterol.

This ingredient does not add any flavor and it is one of the lesser known nutritional elements that aid the health and intestinal system of you and your dog, both junior and senior.
