Order Policy
We encourage responsible and sensible
dog ownership. Please practice moderation in feeding. Our
treats are intended for supplemental feeding only.
Service
Barkers’ Grub reserve the right
to refuse service and/or cancel orders in our discretion if
we believe that customer conduct breaches applicable law or
is harmful to the interest of Barkers’ Grub.
Notice
All treats are freshly baked upon order.
Please place orders at least 3 days in advance. We are unable
to accept urgent orders.
Delivery
We are unable to provide delivery service.
All orders will be self collected at East Coast vicinity.
Collection
We accept orders for collection on Thursdays
to Sundays only. No collection will be arranged for Mondays
to Wednesdays. Collection time will be as follow:
- weekday orders will be no earlier than 6:00 pm; and
- weekend orders will be no later
than 2:00 pm.
Payment
All amounts are quoted in Singapore
dollars. Cash payment is required upon delivery. A 50% deposit
is required for total amounts spending above S$40. This deposit
will be forfeited should the order be cancelled within 24
hours prior to collection.
No returns, refunds or exchanges.
Festive Orders
Festive orders will be for Christmas
and Lunar New Year only. Our promotions will be updated here.
Product Usage
Barkers’ Grub is not liable for
the incorrect usage or storage of our cakes and treats due
to user misinterpretation, misconduct or neglect. Product
ingredients, information, usage, storage and reheating instructions
are available on this site. Further instructions and advises
will be given upon purchase and delivery.
Customer
Responsibility
Customers should consult a veterinarian
with any doubts regarding their pet's health and diet, and
inform us of any known food allergies and/or illness before
placing an order.
